Therapies at Charlie’s are free for all those directly affected by cancer including carers. If you can support Charlie’s by holding your own fundraising event, with our support please get in touch. We are always looking for corporate sponsorships from local employers, please put us in touch with anyone that may be interested. Charlie’s has a great team of volunteers that enable us to operate every day, providing support on many levels. We have a team of Therapists, Meet and Greeters, Helpers, Lunch time Helpers, Events team, and many friends available with a shoulder to lean on.

Jo is Charlie's Founder/Director leading Charlie’s Centre and the day to day Operations and Development, she is also an experienced therapist offering Reiki treatments.

Ensuring support for the emotional and wellbeing impacts of a family members cancer diagnoses and maintaining their need for an advocate, I have been working with children, young people and families affected by cancer for 10 years and passionate about continuing to support and promote the wellbeing of children and young people affected by cancer.
Annie
Centre Deputy, Trustee
Annie is the Centre Deputy and is on hand to help wherever needed. Welcoming all our members and showing new members around. Annie thoroughly enjoys upcycling items and manages our shop which stocks lots of holistic and wellbeing goods.
Andy
Chair of Trustees
Andy has been a Trustee of Charlie’s since the start and is on hand to give financial advice. Andy also helps around the centre with any maintenance that is needed.
Kelly
Trustee
Kelly, a Cancer Nurse Specialist, works at both our Gloucestershire hospitals. She helps Charlie’s to understand what support services are needed, and takes information about Charlie’s provision back to the consultants, clinics and patients that need us.
